Terms of Service  

I hereby agree to the terms of service set forth below:

I understand that:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after Thursday 7:00pm.
• I must go to each vendor’s stand to pick up my order during the Market’s open hours.
• I must verify that my order is correct before leaving the Market. Credits cannot be issued once I have left the Market.
• I will forfeit my order without credit or refund if my order is not collected by Market closing time. Forfeited orders are typically donated to the local food pantry.

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

Providing inaccurate customer information will lead to account deactivation.
